Rockwell Information

Rockwell is one of five performance venues that make up Salt Lake City’s “The Complex”. The Complex has been around for over 10 years in the best parts of Downlown and has hosted some of the biggest acts from a variety of musical genres. Some of the performers that have graced the stages of The Complex include, Billie Eilish, Billy Idol, Slayer, Travis Scott and Vampire Weekend just to name a few.

The most beloved part of The Complex venues is that each offers a unique musical experience compared to the others. From the General Admission space offered by Rockwell to the thrills of outdoor concert experiences held only at The Lot, each is a testament to the many flavors of music appreciation.

About Rockwell

Rockwell is the largest venue at The Complex. It was built with 16,500 square feet of space, and a design that allows a capacity of up to 2,500 howling fans. This large space is supported with an 85,000 watt, stage-of-the-art, sound system and an LED lighting system. These systems allow stage directors and bands to create some heart pounding performances that are not possible at less modern stages. And let’s not forget how Rockwell has over 20 moving fixtures and lighting effects to create some truly stunning events.

The venue is typically a general admission venue with a 21+ bar area on the east side of the room. Guests and visitors can also find a concessions stand area in the lobby with a variety of simple foods, snacks, and drinks. There is also a VIP area that is available for certain events.

In short, Rockwell is one part of Salt Lake City’s most thrilling venue complexes!
